2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. Predictions & Gamification

  • Predictions on Cricketbolt are for entertainment and educational purposes only.
  • XP, levels, badges, and leaderboard rankings have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency.
  • We reserve the right to modify the prediction system, XP calculations, and reward mechanics at any time.
  • Any attempt to manipulate predictions, exploit bugs, or use automated tools will result in account suspension.

4. Cricket Data & Content

Live scores, match data, and statistics are provided through licensed third-party APIs. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or real-time accuracy of all data. Cricket data is provided for informational purposes and should not be the sole basis for any decisions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without permission
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with platform operations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software on Cricketbolt are the property of Cricketbolt Interactive or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cricketbolt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
